19 April 2013 -- Amanda's Birthday

                                              Happy Birthday Amanda!  7 years old!

We visited the Perez family on Sunday night.

                                                               

We climbed up these steep stairs to get to their apartment.  There they are waiting for us at the top.

Here's Judith and her children, Cristofer age 9, Fausto Miguel age 2 and Meleny who will be turning 7 in July.

Meleny loved her gifts, some colored paper, a notebook for drawing, colored pencils and glitter glue.   Her mother told us that she loves to draw, just like Amanda.  She especially liked the card that Amanda made for her.

Meleny and her mom made a card for Amanda, too.    

 

Of course they loved Grandpa because he brought treats!

14 February 2013 -- 10 April 2013 Katie's Birthday

Happy Birthday Katie!  15-years old!

Katie's package finally arrived so we celebrated with her birthday friend, Blessing Breton, and her family.

Blessing is the daughter of our Institute Director.

  

She will be 15 on August 31st.

She was very happy to visit us at our apartment with her family.

She was very excited with her gift from Katie!  A beautiful Salt Lake Temple necklace.

1 April 2013 Jaden's Birthday

Happy Birthday Jaden!  Age 2 years

A few words about Jaden (provided by his daddy):

Jaden loves books and balls and cars.

He loves his book about 18 wheelers.

His best friend is Camilla.

His sisters try to give him dolls and My Little Ponies to play with but Dad quickly steps in to stop it. The dolls, Dad can look the other way. But the My Little Ponies are pink with glitter so Dad takes them out of Jaden's hands and replaces them with an awesome horse with a saddle.

He is obsessed with playing in the water in the sink. Meaning when the tap is on just a little bit and he can fill things up and dump the water into other containers. He poops spectacularly many times per day, like his Dad.
