14 February 2013 Katie's 15th Birthday!

Happy 15th Birthday Katie!

It's a special day for Katie Partridge.  She's 15 years old and having her Quinceañara!  That's a special 15th birthday celebration for girls in the latino world.  Katie put a package together for her Dominican friend, Blessing Breton, who is also turning 15.  There will be more photos and fun as soon as it arrives.
